Removing ALL Country options bar X (UN-Solved)

Guys, is it possible to remove/disable all country option except for a single one.

We sell only in ZA and do not intend to export. At least not in the near future. It would be great if we can just have South Africa as the only option.

Is it possible? and How?

System->Settings->Option tab
Default Items Per Page (Admin): 300
Save

System->Localisation->Countries
Check all
Uncheck South Africa
Delete

System->Settings->Option tab
Default Items Per Page (Admin): 25
Save

Throws out this error.

Warning: This country cannot be deleted as it is currently assigned to 10 zones!

So I thought Cool! let me go and delete the zones first. Only problem, you can't delete a zone if there is an address assigned to it already. And it does not tell you which one is the offending zone/address.

what does this mean, I cannot delete countries

Removing Countries is only ONE of TWO changes, one then better also
removes all Zones FIRST, related to the Countries removed. It so also removes
a few thousand of never ever used Database Lines + Content as well!
And if some Countries canNOT be removed, then, because they are still LINKED
to something, like Zones, Customers and/or Sales. One then needs to either delete
or change such Values in the corresponding Sections, to be able to delete
the Country / Zone / Currency / e.t.c. involved.
