invisble buttons on account create/login page

hi guys, just finished my first opencart install and setting up the theme I got, all was well. The buttons on this page were definitely working, then the only changes I made were uploading a new logo over the demo logo location, and changing the register.php file to make the newsletter 'yes' by default, i didn't touch anything else.

As I was changing the logo the proper way in the admin panel, I noticed an error message on the top saying something about imageDestroy() line 8 on image.php (i think that's what it said anyway, just glanced at it and ignored it).

Could it be something to do with that? This is the page and the buttons are missing/invisible under the login and register sections, if you highlight you can see the test for the register button:

Right now in Firefox I am seeing your custom 404 ("The page you requested cannot be found!"). Highlighting Select All does not bring anything extra into view. Hitting Open an Account brings up registration, and a checkbox and Continue button. Nothing notably odd except perhaps the 404. Going in instead via http://mygadgetshop.co.uk/ lands on the shop, then gives the same routines, Select All adds nothing, registration can be completed, box can be checked, Continue can be hit.

Flush your own browser cache. Flush /vqmod/vqcache/ if you have one. Retry.
