This morning I just tried signing in to my OpenCart back office, and was surprised to get an "incorrect username/password" error message. I tried manually typing it in (it had been saved on my computer), and still the same thing. So I tried the "forgot my password" link, and when I typed in my email address, it tells me that my email address was not found in the records. I am effectively locked out of my back office right now.

The reason I'm wondering if I may have been hacked is because I received a "notice" from my host company a few days ago telling me that my email had been hacked, and one of the addresses was my sales@yarniapdx.com email address that I believe is the one associated with all my OpenCart actions.

How can I get some help with this? Is there a central administrator who I can prove my identity to, so they can unlock my account for me? My actual storefront still seems to be up and running, but I can't access anything in my back office! :(

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
