Upgrade errors - 1.5.1.3 to 1.5.5.1

Just upgraded and got these errors for our site londontshirt.com.

Notice: Undefined variable: currencies in /home/londont/public_html/catalog/view/theme/londontshirt/template/common/header.tpl on line 66 Notice: Undefined variable: text_items in /home/londont/public_html/catalog/view/theme/londontshirt/template/common/header.tpl on line 90

OK, so we are running a custom copy of the default theme. To clarify, I now need to add any additional files from the new release to our custom copy in their corresponding location. Will we also have to do any code updates to the files themselves? if so is there a documentation to guide us?

Thanks for putting me in the right track, I cleared the errors by updating the old code in template/common/header.tpl and template/module/cart.tpl. I think the theme is based on a very dated version!
