Hi all,
We have an opencart 1.5.6.4.
We faced 2-3 cases where the shipping address of the client is not saved in the database.
We didn't manage to find the conditions to reproduce the problem yet but if someone faced the same problem and found any solution we will be thankful if he helps.

The last case was a guest checkout from a mobile device and the user had the checkbox shipping is same as billing checked.

Well, then you probably use some Custom Theme !?
And what about Extensions, you use ?

We used a purchased theme that we modified a lot and few extensions.
Well as I said the problem occurred like 3-4 times (the shop is online 3 years) and we couldn't reproduce it after many tests.
For the last case we checked, the order is saved in the database correctly but with the shipping address fields blank.
We asked the client to confirm he didn't try to enter other shipping address than the billing.
