Cannot add product or category

Hi,

I'm new here.

I just installed the latest version. Everything went well on the installation but I can't add products and category.

It keeps getting error on all required fields. "product name must be greater than 3 and less than 255 characters"

Same error message I got on adding categories

What did I miss?
