No products will show up in the shopping cart front

I manage to restore a product database from a v.1.4.x to a v.1.5.4.1
The main problem now is that no products want to be displayed in the shopping carts front side :-(
I think this is mainly because of a language problem, but I can't figure it out.
(I'm going to tell u all later about how I did it in a thread, if there is an interest ?)

After I had restored the product database all "language_id" on the products and in the categories was pointing to the wrong id. After changing the id on all product I could see them in the admin and work with them without any problems, but I can't get them to show in the front.

I'm not a experient user to the OpenCart, so maybe, if I'm lucky, It just a easy thing I missed, an "enable"-chose or something, what do I know.

Maybe the internet is not connecting properly or it has very low connection better wait for a day then submit it again.

What I think is the main problem is that I use swedish, in both the front and the admin. When I only imported this tables :

(remember that u have to fix some of the tables. read more i the thread link above...) I think I loost the connection between the stor and the products, a language link, probably.
Do some one know how this link works

(To get the products an the categories to show, I hade to change the "language_id" to the id that swedish have in the language table, sam think is probably here, that the stor are looking for produkts in a language_id I dont have any more)

When I use the search I can find ALL the products, but why cant I see them in the front ?

Did you use latest or some similar module to tell them to display on the home page? By default, your homepage will be blank until you add what you want to it - banners, slideshow, products in latest/featured/whatever module.

Just go to your admin > extensions > modules. All the ones I mentioned are there. Click install if they are not installed, edit it to assign it to whatever your home page layout is, and done.

Ok. Use to the old one.

Now I have put in some of them, nothing happens except that a text "Please choose the store you wish to visit." is poping up (some hedlines to) but no products

It getting stranger!

If I klick on "Wish List", then I can come to a site wit the categories, and I can go in and check the products.

So where, in what table in what field do I tell the sight what store it conected to ?
