"onmouseover" effect on images in home page

Also, I am using 1.4.9.2 with the Tool Shop theme.

I need an "onmouseover" effect on images in "New Products". Let's say, I want to "grow" images with a few pixels on this action, "onmouseover".

Here is an extension that does a turn around image on rollover:

It seems you want your image to just get a little larger. I am sure you can edit this extension to do that.
