Does anyone know of a mod that allows a user to select products from their Wishlist and convert it to a PDF with the option of showing or not showing prices?

Is there a way to "not" use the social networking features? I just need it to be very simple.

ex: Choose items from wishlist, decide to show pricing or not, and then export to PDF.

No, not really. Why wouldn't you want to use those? Do you not want to gain more traffic?
