OpenCart Version 1.5.3.1

Currently in testing mode. I have a downloadable product that is linked to two files on the Products -> Links tab.

I am using Authorize.net in test mode.

The test transaction completes. However: when I click on the URL in the e-mail that is supposed to allow me to download the purchased files ("Once your payment has been confirmed you can click on the link below to access your downloadable products:"), it opens the Account Downloads page, which displays this message:

You have not made any previous downloadable orders!

I thought this might be due to the Authorize.net testing mode, so I set up the Cash On Delivery payment option.

Still no luck.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions?

Order status need to be "complete" if you want to find in account-> download.

Try to set from admin order status to complete and then check downloads.

As it turns out: I needed to use a differeny AUthorize.net server for testing purposes. Good to go, now.
