How to change VAT rate?

I've noticed when testing our checkout that VAT is set to 17.5%, but I can't find anywhere in the backend where I can change this value- does anyone know where I can do this? I want to set it to 20% which is the correct value.

In the admin panel, go to System > Localisation > Tax classes, then click to edit Taxable Goods. You should then see the box where you can change the VAT rate.
