So switching all my stores over to Opencart, I wondered if anyone has any idea how I might still be able to access my old stores admin areas??? My former carts are still there in their own subdirectories (cubecart v3 for example in public_html/folder) and I would like to be able to get to the backends of them in case I need to look up an older order or something. Of course since I am pointing the document root to my oc installation, I get redirected to the oc cart (and page cannot be found page) if I try to go to them.

Any ideas?

I know I could temporarily point the document root back to the individual folder, but that would disrupt the front end too and I'd rather not confuse customers. I just would like to read my old data now and then :P

You should be able to use the server ip address or if one of your domains points to the public_html folder just append the the cubcart subfolder to either

You may need to edit the config of the old store so it matches the new way of accessing it.

well since all my sites are listed on 1 hosting account with a static ip, I don't think server ip would work. I'll have to play with trying to figure out if I can append the folder name or something. At least for a few months, would be nice to be able to access them if I need to.

Could never get the ip to work, but what I finally figured out was that I created a subdomain that pointed to my old stores document route instead of the oc installation and it works fine :) I also added a robots.txt to disallow all spiders from indexing the old folders. So I can now still get to my old stores even though the opencart ones are enabled in multistore.
