New to OpenCart and have to say that I love it already.

when is the 1.3.0 version released ?
i wonder because i saw in the forum that you could change the smtp settings etc in that one!
do you need to change much from the 1.2.9 version languages etc ?

There is a slight bug in either the per item or free shipping module.

Here are the steps to replicate the problem.

1. Set free shipping to $50.
2. Set per item shipping to $3
3. Add an item less then $50 to cart.
4. Register as a new customer, proceed to make payment, but do not confirm.
5 Go back to Basket to add 2 more quantities of the same item to make total above $50.
6. Per item shipping should increase by $9, but instead we see $3 only.
7. Free Shipping button is not displayed as it should, since total order amount has exceeded $50.

Not sure which module introduced the inconsistency to the total amount.
