No. Be sure to use the incremental patches from 1.4.9.1 to 1.4.9.2 and then 1.4.9.2 to 1.4.9.3
Most of the changes are in files that are rarely modified. Extensions should be completely standalone in most cases and untouched by upgrades.

from 1.4.8 to 1.4.9.3

What do I need to do?
I just going to copy all files and then run upgrade.php?
is that so ?

doing backup of my previous oc now.

EDIT:
i dl 1.4.9.3 version
unzipped and read txt files...
so all instructions included in it..

will now do the upgrade and then see what happens

thx
