OC 3 still uses Yahoo Finance, which is dead for quite a while already. You need to use other services and Exchange Rate Providers extension can help you with this.

I've modified currency to use European Central Bank ( https://www.ecb.europa.eu/stats/eurofxr ... -daily.xml ) - maybe I should consider making an extension...
