paypal payment not showing up

I installed the 3.0.3 and site is working, however the after I setup and enabled the paypal, it is not showing out in the checkout process. The checkout payment is only cash or check. I noticed my extension title says "coming soon", not sure it is related.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

somehow I made it working now, do not know get there unfortunately, but it is working at least.
