Remove demo data

I have spent the last hour looking for documentation to tell me know to remove the demo database. It does not appear to be in the database I am using when I add products, etc. A guide that I found said that it would be, but it isn't. And there is no search function in the documentation.

Well, it is. There is only one database so you are looking in the wrong place.

It's easy enough anyway, just delete the products and categories that you don't want. Takes a couple of minutes to do.
