Hi All, Am new to this and need to if I can upgrade from 2.1.0.2 to latest ver. Am using a theme also and few extension I don't want any changes in theme / extensions. Is it possible to upgrade without doing any changes to store front end?

Negative, after upgrading to a new v.3 Version, you cannot use
existing v.2.x Themes and/or Extensions anymore.

If that extensions/theme has versions for 3.0.2.0, and you theme has an option for export-import settings ( like journal), then it's possible.
But I don't recommend 3.0.2.0 because you need to fix many bugs after.
