This sounds like a problem that is due to your 3rd party custom theme(oxy). Maybe it's best to contact the developer of your custom theme for further support on the matter instead.

I fisrt write to developer oxy theme, and the answer was:
This issue is not related to the theme and will be visible on every theme. Probably the problem is your language pack. Please, contact author of your language pack or OpenCart Support ( http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route=support/support ) to help you resolve this issue.

Well, I could not see a problem on your Shop Site, adding to Cart is working in
your language, as it should. But it would still not be an OC-related problem, if
the default OC Theme works with something like this.

Thanks for the reply. The problem is not adding a product but trying to change the quantity of product added and pressing the Refresh Quantity button
