hello can anyone tell why admin dashboard would look like this? where the css breaks down?
its 3.0.2 version with ssl
Either your .htaccess, config.php and / or admin/config.php files are improperly configured.

Thank you for your respond. I believe you are right. I have a server redirect from www.mydomain.com and mydomain.com to http://mydomain.com/store and then entire site is forced on https: . On top i am using SEO URL with ocseo plugin.
Do you have any ready examples of what in this case .htaccess and config files should look like, because i am having few more troubles with making certain plugins to work properly, and it seems this same problem affects them as well.

Show us the .htaccess rewrite/redirect code you're using and maybe we can spot what the problem is. Please be specific about what kind of URLs produce what kind of problems. You're forcing https? You're forcing no www? You're jumping the visitor from / to /store? (I hate this bogus forum software, that won't show you the earlier posts while you're composing a reply)
Your problem with the narrow page sounds like it's picking up the wrong CSS, or something thinks you're on a phone rather than a PC. Does it always do this?
