make easier checkout

Hello and good day

we have OC3.0.2. I want to ask few things if you could help.
1- is it possible to merge billing address and shipping address to be one address?
2- how to remove fax, second address, city, zip code and company name?
3- can I make 1 field address?
4- first name and last name can be one field?

people here always complain about the long process of checkout
