Install on my own PC to practice

Good day to all.
I've no doubt this has been brought up before but I can't find anything specific when seardching.
What I want to do is install Opencart 2 on my own PC so I can practice and get to know it's functions. It's been a while since I worked on OC 2 and an old friend has asked me to set up a website for her and I'd like to download it practice on my own PC before going live so to speak .

A step by step procedure would be a big help.
