I am currently using OC Version 3.0.2.0 with the default theme. I am having issues with the cart, where it is not refreshing when items are added, removed or updated from both mini cart and on any pages (check out or product screens etc).
I have read through many posts here on the forum, with no definitive fix. I am a novice at php, so if anyone can assist with perhaps a step by step diagnostic or fix, I would seriously appreciate.

Thank you in advance!
PS: I have also noticed that when applying any settings or adding products to the store, I have to refresh the pages several times over a 3-5 minute period before settings appear updated or applied. Not sure if these are linked issues? Thanks!

Hi there, thanks - will be more specific.straightlight wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 9:19 pmIn order to gather the most effective solutions, please provide the steps in order for forum supporters to be able to reproduce the issue you are reporting about. 1. When I add item to the cart, it adds fine. Even adding 2 or 3 different items can be added fine.
2. Issue arises when I want to modify quantities of items in the cart, or remove items from the cart.
3. I have tried refreshing the cache from admin / dashboard as suggested. Issue still exists.
4. Even if i refresh the cart, I still have the same issue. I have this issue across different browsers as well.
I hope that's specific enough?
Thanks again everyone!

I added one today called "notice of addition" as suggested as a possible fix to the issue, but have now disabled it as it didn't work at all.
It can be found here: https://www.opencart.com/index.php?rout ... e=0&page=7
Apart from that, no.

Yes, I have cleared browser cache and cookies
Also, the issue arises when you try to modify quantities or remove items from your cart - try it, and it will just reload the items in the cart, try and remove them over and over and it shows 0 items in cart, for example on the homepage, but go back to the cart and the items are there again!
It's crazy!
Done. Both caches - issue still exists.straightlight wrote: ↑Wed Jun 27, 2018 10:35 pmAfter disabling the extension, ensure to follow the link above I referred to clear both caches (not only one of them). Then, retry the quantity in your cart page.
Can I PM you admin rights so you can assist?

Is that an issue? If so, how can i fix this without losing any info/data/products loaded?straightlight wrote: ↑Thu Jun 28, 2018 1:54 amAfter analyzing the issue, user is using OC within WordPress folders.
Don't want to start from scratch!
Did you ever identify a fix for this issue as I am having the same problem? I've tried some other suggestions such as checking the https setting within the config file to no avail. Also done the usual cache refresh etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yes this was fixed!
The domain was hosted in the server where nginx was enabled. The host bypassed the domains from cache. That worked perfectly!
Good luck!
I am facing the same issue. Can you please explain how can i fix the same ?
OV version 3.0.2.0
