in the admin dashboard " system > setting > edit > email "

Well, it depends on your Server as well, you might better ask your hoster
about this.

How about email Protocol
i config on this information you sent me , but it doesn't work.

If you're in a shared hosting environment, typical setting would be:
- Mail Protocol = mail
- Email =
Example:
me@mydomain.tld is your email on your shared hosting
Then you would enter:
Then leave all SMTP fields blanked out.
