Do'nt display the radio checkbox "I want to use a new address" / Only the usage of existing addresses should be possible

Hi,

I want to implement a shop for a company where the employees of this company can order office material. At the delivery details, it should only be possible to use 1 of 3 predefined shipping addresses. How can I avoid that an employee creates a new shipping address?

My approach would be to not display the radio checkbox "I want to use a new address".

Could someone help me with my requirement?
