Upgrade from 2.3.0.2 to 3.0.2.0 - TypeError: $(...).cluetip is not a function error

Hi i have a little error on javascript after update from 2.3.0.2 to 3.0.2.0 and i do not know how to handle it
i use journal theme and this is the link of the shop

I tried to disabled all the modules, themes but don't work have the same issue
Can somebody help me?
