Hi all,
I've installed OpenCart 3.0.2.0 locally on my Linux machine. So far so good, but now as I am trying to set up my online store it seems there is a problem with accessing marketplace inside the admin panel (Extensions > Marketplace). In Chrome it shows a 500 (internal server) error, while in Firefox it just doesn't display anything (please check both files attached).
I guess this has to do with being configuring OpenCart locally? How can I solve this? Tried to look up the solution to any similar problem in the forum with no luck.
Best regards,
João
Ok, without officla confirmation yet, AFAIK you can't do it on localhost:

If anyone can confirm this it would be cool. Also, if that is realy true, shoulçdn't be possible to integrate the marketplace inside my admin panel, even if I'm running OC locally?

Well, there might be good reasons, not to allow Localhost Servers, to make
use of a built-in OC Extension Section. Compare it with, trying to access a
MS Upgrade-Server without an activated Active-X Routine. But if they cannot
communicate with each other, by regular http, you'll get no Upgrades.
And it's probably a similar reason, to have latest OC Versions equipped with
such, this, to make sure, that matching Extensions can be seen and downloaded
only. And in addition to this, it might enable OC one day , to see, who's using such
Mods, and if they have been legally obtained !
Just a wild assumption, based on nothing real
But if one needs to access the OC Extension Section, before all this will work as planned,
one might still use the regular OC Extension Pages.
Or then, try this one here first:
