No OC version posted. Although, ensure your config.php and admin/config.php files server paths are properly configured. Do not upload the core with FTP, use your host console's file manager by uploading the ZIP file to your file server and by using the extract function. This will ensure the full uploads of all files when installing a fresh OC version.
