After upgrading to version 3.2 from 2.2 the admin work but the front end is showing like this:

although the website was:

i make many trials to solve it but i failed , i noticed that the modules not working right any help to solve that ,,

the modules of featured and banners not working as the products should displayed in slider , should i convert template module of my custom theme from tpl to twig to work right?

Yes you must convert your templates of the modules from tpl to twig. But only this not enough. You should upgrade and controller files.
