I just placed my first test order and it was successfully processed and my card was charged. But the order does not show on the control and and I didn't get any order confirmation e-mails either as as the customer or as the merchant. What settings do I need to change?

Go to System | Settings

Click edit on your store.

Choose the option tab.

Under the Checkout subheading, check the 'Order Status' menu set for orders being processed?

Should be something like processing or similar.

Then check your payment method settings under Extensions | Modifications. Filter by 'Payments'.

Check each active payment method to make sure its setting the correct status once used.

Finally, see if the orders are showing up under the status of 'Missing Orders' in the Sales | Orders page. Filter by 'Missing Orders'.

Thanks for your help!

1. I changed System>Settings>Store>Option>Order Status to "Processing"

2. I changed Extensions>Authorize.net (SIM)>Order Status to "Processing"

My first two test orders do appear under "Missing Orders" but the third test order I placed after making the above changes does not appear. Also I am still not receiving order confirmation e-mails.
