After upgrade from 1.5 I get this error when accessing the site:
Error: A theme has not been assigned to this store!
All results in the forum are concerning version 2.XX

Also, I am missing the EXTENSION menu in the Admin panel to deal with the Themes.

Themes were moved to the Design menu as of v2.

You assign a theme to the store via settings which is under system.

Running Opencart v3.0.3.2 with multi-stores and the default template from https://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

I am not sure.
I don't have the Design menu. (see attach pic)

Also I have selected the template (with a strange name), if you mean that, but it doesn't help either.

Please help.

Design is the 3rd menu down on the left where it says "Design"

However, extensions is missing and you should not have heading_title showing in the theme dropdown - it should say default.

Did you upgrade from v1.5 to v3 directly? Upgrades between major versions have always been problematical in opencart.

I would reinstall opencart latest v3 from scratch in a different directory on your server, test everything and then try to import your database.
