I'm attempting to recreate my 1.5.6 version into a 3.0.2 version - can't find any tutorials!! I have a category in my top menu which links directly to an alternative website. This was easy in the old version -> categories - data - "Link to the page:"
Can't find how to do this in this new version. Can you assist please.

In admin you can go do Design > Theme Editor > Common > Menu.twig

Add the link manually into the menu bar wherever you want it, for example right after line 25 {% endfor %} will put it after the regularly generated links.

save and don't forget to refresh modifications

Only tutuorials I've found so far are on twig, not specifically opencart but they are at https://twig.symfony.com/

Running Opencart v2.2 with multi-stores from http://www.labeshops.com which has links to all my stores.

I can't get that to work. I've tried various options. Just doesn't do it. I don't know why you said to refresh the modifications, when the only refresh button is not in this section, but under extensions.

I just tried it and it worked perfectly on 3.0.3.1
- In admin you can go do Design > Theme Editor > Common > Menu.twig
after line 25 {% endfor %}
add below
<li><a href="http://URL">NAME OF LINK</a></li>

Running Opencart v3.0.3.1 http://www.wickedstangsperformanceshop.com

Wrong..... on the dashboard page on the left hand side is a blue cog underneath the logout button.
This will open up a box to refresh theme and sass cache

... can't find any tutorials!
Well, it's not 2013 anymore, and most of the OC Freaks from the OC Heydays
either went professional, or then, left the Forum Scene again. But those, who
went professional, are very busy, to always keep their Extensions 'valid' for
latest releases, and therefore have no time anymore for much else.

And the remaining Rest has a hard time, to still find a good reason, to work
for others for free, since mostly, from the vast Majority of OC Users, nothing
ever comes back in return anyway. They come, and take, and that's all, they
care about. It's most all about Competition only, in 2019's World, like it or not.

Good Luck!
Ernie
