I got 3.0.2 version open cart, I installed 2 more languages, everythink works good on website, no issue ! But in Dashboard I cant swith between languages (
System sad that I miss somethink to fill..

Did you change the language in localisation?

you set the admin language in system->settings->store->local->administration language.
