Custom fields in OC are gone?

I found very interesting feature in OC 2 but can't find it on my 3.x version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Q37iJ4zxi0 - Custom fields were removed since 3.x?

Sorry now I see that it was no natively in OC 2 it is additional module from market. Would be nice to get this feature be default in opencart to put informations using shortcodes just like Advanced Custom Fields in Wordpress.

That is a custom module.

For customer you can use Customers-->Customs field from opencart.
