No PayPal Support?

I am new to OpenCart and have just installed the latest, 3.0.3.1.

I am running PHP 7.1 and have created an account on the OpenCart site (to get the API key).

I have confirmed I am running US Currency and under NO circumstances am I able to find the PayPal extension to add to the site. Obviously I am doing something noobishly wrong, but can I get some direction here?

I am not sure which PayPal service I plan to use (this is just a test site to evaluate OpenCart) but I need to find the extension to add it!

In the backend under Extensions > Payment you should find PayPal.
There are already some modules included in the core - no need to install additonal.

Arg - yeah, I just installed 3.0.2.0 based on some of the posts here and found it! Sheesh...

So, do you recommend now staying on 3.0.2.0 or going with 3.0.3.1 (since I am a totally new user, I can reinstall the latest if you think its stable enough).
