[SOLVED] Australia Shipping now not showing as option

OC 3.0.20. Journal 2

I installed standard default Aust Shipping and it worked form a few hours then stopped. Shows in admin but not in cart.

I have the API and it is still showing in admin, it is enabled as an option with only one other option, Free on Certain Products which does work on those selected as free.

Products have size, weights etc.

Any ideas please?

Try disabling/uninstalling your Free Shipping on Certain Products method. I assume that modifies how the shipping system works, so it could be the cause of your issue.

Just uninstalled that Free shuipping but it still did not show.
I changed Zones, type of Tax, Zones etc but it still does not show at all.
Just says, 'No shipping type shown, contact support'.

It will go look at the API end and see if it looks good there too. (Yes that looked all okay)

Changed the API code but still it doesn't show. Still get that same 'Contact Support'. No other Shipping is enabled.
Got me beat. I will reinstall the Aust mod after work, and see if that is okay.

Well that didn't make any difference. Still just says No shipping method available. Any ideas where to go now please?

Have contacted the Free Shipping creators and they are going to debug although they don't see their app as the problem.
Maybe it isn't, but at least that will eliminate that option.

Any other ideas how to try and resolve the Australia Post not showing at all, although it is enabled and looks okay in admin ?

Please post screenshots of the following:

- AusPost shipping extension settings (remove any account/API info)
- Geo Zone settings
- Cart page shipping estimate result/message (including address)

The above might help people troubleshoot this issue. Also, please ensure the "requires shipping" option is enabled for the product/s (if the shipping option isn't appearing at all).

In my testing I noticed that the goods that didn't have a LWHeight, thecapp worked showing the correct costs.
So I took the sizes out of the others and sure enough they worked too. They do have the gram weight but size is 0.000000.
The costs are correct as I checked so maybe Aust post has changed to mainly go on weight and Sachels.
Anyway I'll see how it goes.
