Looking for module add $$$ for Text field based on number characters

I am looking for a module (or code) that will allow me to use text field to modify product price. Previously, I had Prestashop and this is basic functionality.
for example, Text field = "name". When user inputs the name it counts the number of characters entered determines how much more the product will cost. The module(admin portion) would need to allow the number of characters entered and how much to add per character. for example; it would say > 8 characters add $1 each Character.
Also need max number of Characters for Text field (as I am not able to find way in Open cart to limit max characters). examples:
Admin sets field length to 12 characters, #character cnt free = 8, $amount beyond #character cnt = $1 .
End User results
#1 user enters -- Norman $0 added
#2 user enters -- Alexander $1 added
#3 user enters -- JD Smith $0 added
#4 user enters -- Alexander Norman Smith - would stop allowing data entry after Alexander No
#5 user enters -- JD Smith Jr $3 added

yes looks like what I was looking for. although does not show it support 3.0.2.0.

I know, but you can ask the devloper to build a new version for 3.x
And if he does not want (do not think so), buy it and ask another developer for that task.
