I have an issue with the weight based shipping module in Opencart 3.0.2.0. What ever I do it always comes up: Warning: No Shipping options are available. Please contact us for assistance!

After reading previous posts and going through the checklist from this post viewtopic.php?t=108317 – which includes checking weight in grams set on all products and configured within Opencart. Checking currency and geolocation.

I have reinstalled the module, enable the functions, used 100:5,200:6 as a basic rates schedule in weight based shipping module. If I enable another shipping module, that one will work but cannot get the weight based one to work.

I am lost for trying to fix it. I have changed around the products through exporting and importing the spreadsheet, changing options around in currency, geolocation etc ..

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Matthew (NZsquishy)

Well, if you use a Custom Theme, then you need commercial support,
who else should be able to know, how this Theme has been built ?! 8)
And it would be illegal, to publish copies of 'paid' Code, that one could
get an 'inside' idea about it.
Sorry for the bad News, but Extension Creators do not have to 'follow'
OC-Rules, when designing Themes and Mods. And as a consequence of
this, minor differences in writing and placing Code might prevent other
Files and Functions, from doing their job, as they should, it's as easy as that ...
But those, who sold you the Theme, should be able to assist, I assume,
or then, you made a bad choice, if you bought the Theme outside of the
OC-Extension Section. ( If it even exists on the OC Pages !?)
Good Luck! ;)

Thank you all for your help, I went back to the author of the theme and fixed the issue which was on my end. The tax class was not setup properly, guess I was not able to figure it for myself. Very pleased with the theme's support team on this. Thanks - Mattthew NZsquishy
