Canada Post Ext. not showing and giving AAA error

I have recently installed the Canada Post shipping module on my OC 3 site as that was the reason I switched from my previous e-cart.
When I test on the live site with a John Doe account but with a real address that is not mine, when I get to the shipping section of the checkout it gives the AAA error and only gives the Store Pickup option for $0.00
The exact error I get is "E002 - AAA Authentication Failure"
Can anyone please help me solve this as I would like to be able to ship my products across Canada

I have the API Username and API Password filled in and verified them on the CP developer site. I also have included my business account number.

Contact the extension developer to resolved this issue. Canada Post is not included among the core (with the exception of Amazon and / or Amazon US).
