I can not import a .csv or .xls product database

I can not import a .csv or .xls product in my opencart 3 website using Free version of Export/Import Tool, even if I fill out a standard excel template. Can you recommend me some any better extension software that may work for me? Thanks.

Hello,
I always get Missing product_ids because I'm trying to import new products without id. Please help me. I can't find info how to import new products and categories.

Create a new service request in the Commercial Support section of the forum to get this done as a custom job or contact the extension developer to customize the extension.
