Is there any kind plugin that will add checkout for Facebook message plugin on product page when they checkout it will send them Facebook message saying thank you for your order, or if they cancel there order on checkout after the Facebook messenger checkbox is ticked it will message say do you still want you place your order.

somthing like shopify has not sure if its a plugin on on the base site - http://prntscr.com/igr42z

I have never seen something like this, and it would probably not be
a legal 'procedure' in most Countries either.

why would that be the customer has the option to not allow message on the page just untick the box like on screenshot

Well, you seemengly don't know the European Regulations, if would probably take another

not really it would just work as like a email does you enter your email and the site would send updates and order information, it would work the same way but using facebook messenger and they have the choice to enable or disable this feature to there preference, i think all it is is like a facebook app that will message people that allow the option and as long as they are login to messenger at the time to allow it.shopify has this feature and a lot of the top shopify stores use it as gives you like 90% more chance to get a sales if people abbanden carts and had the tick checked when added to cart you can set it up to send message saying are you still interested in buying this item and have key words on messenger like no / yes
