Email tax remove

Hi,
My code remove tax from order email in 2.3.0.2 version (image in attachement), but after upgrade to 3.0.2.0 doesnt work any more. My question is where is 'price' and 'total' dissapear from catalog/model/checkout/order.php , In which file is config_tax for 3.0.x versions? Thanks
