multistore store specific login for user

Hello!
I find it unusual that opencart allows multistores... and each store can have a seperate 'owner' and order notification email, but cannot have a separate login for other stores to do with products and orders....
Or is there something I am missing?
If not, and having multistores also means any dashboard logins have access to all (permissible) data across all stores...... then is there any mods that can do this? I had a look but could not see something that allows me to set a dashboard user to see store specific details, (example, only sees store 2 orders and products, and order totals) I would have thought something that simple would be in opencart by now!
