Extension Thief and Fraudster shafiqphp

Recently I caught one of my extension sellers reselling other extension sellers work. I banned his account and told him not to buy from me again. I can not allow him to buy any more extensions in case he tries to resell them. He tried to buy from me again so i warned him again and refunded him. He has now opened another account managed to buy from me before my system linked his account with his old one. I blocked access to his new downloads after he downloaded them so now I"m posting his details online. He doesn't seem to get the message.

I don't know what you talking about , i have website and he developer of my website , And I don't have much experience for the programming and opencart issue , I ask him what you do exactly he said I'm just add features

and I have buy 2 extension from shafiq account because i don't have account before , and if you check that the same day which i open account under my name with your site I have buy directly 2 extensions

So what the issue here , and how I get back my extensions , and can you retrieve my account back because still i need too much extensions

there is 2 extension under my account and you just stop my account because u thinking that programmer name shafiq is me ! its totally wrong , He's just my old programmer , I told you that you can check the IP address then u will knows that you totally wrong

I don't need anything from you only refund or extensions , and you request from me to close the claim ? how u need to close the dispute and u just fight with me without any clear reasons
