PayPal Express freezes on log in

This is just a recent issue on the site I am running. I have OC 2.2.0.0 and I recently noticed my PayPal freezes up when trying to log in. I am able to type in a username and password, but it freezes on the Lock loading gif and doesn't return anything. I am also running WP 4.9.6. If that makes any difference. My last PayPal transaction was last Friday May 25, 2018. Does it have to do with PayPal's TLS 1.2? I'm at a loss since I have not changed anything in my settings.
