My customers cannot leave reviews as they get the following message when trying: Warning: Please select a review rating!
It appears that there is an error in the code as I can see the following two errors when anyone tries to leave a review:
PHP Notice: Undefined index: name in /var/sites/j/justaddlightness.co.uk/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/controller/product/product.php on line 835
PHP Notice: Undefined index: text in /var/sites/j/justaddlightness.co.uk/public_html/system/storage/modification/catalog/controller/product/product.php on line 839

Any help or advice would be appreciated.
This error is quite old. It has been discussed numerous times when v2.x releases was the highest release before. These errors are due to missing database table fields. To get rid of multiple past encountered problems, it would be best to upgrade to the latest version of Opencart.
