Hi guys


Anybody else had trouble with this... coupon code usages aren't being logged in the admin side. Some do, some won't. For instance, I have a coupon in front of me, checking its history out, and it shows it's never been used. However in another tab, I have an order up where the coupon has been used. Coupon code hasn't been deleted and regenerated, same coupon ID's etc.

Find it hard to get a true representation of how the coupons are running and which work well if i've got no stats behind them and only way I can is through checking every order.

Coupon codes are only marked as used when the order reaches the "Processing" or "Complete" order status, set in System > Settings. If the order hasn't reached that, then it will not show as used in the report.
