Erro ao tentar visualizar as extensões de pagamento

Boa noite pessoal,
estou usando o Opencart 3.0.1.1 e quando tento visualizar as extensões de pagamento aparece o erro (Internal Server Error )
Quando analisado o código (F12) vejo o erro de js
jquery-2.1.1.min.js:4 GET http://www.diletronic.com.br/admin/inde ... ncRofJfCsJ 500 (Internal Server Error)

Alguem sabe o que pode ser ?
Obs: Esse erro só aparece na extensão de pagamentos.

2. This is OC 2.x support. You are using OC 3.x, and should be asking for help elsewhere. Note that OC 3 is "bleeding edge" (just released) and you should be an experienced developer to use it this early. If you are inexperienced, you should be installing OC 2.x.
