Missing Country Sint Maarten

The country of Sint Maarten is an independant country and should be included into the list of countries.
Please guide me where exactly I have to add the country into the core files for enabling residents from that location to register and ship goods

to add and remove any country from the list you can login into admin panel

Then go to system-> localisation and then select the country option
