Editing products in admin takes 20 sec to load

Hi,

I need your help to find out why when i press the edit button in admin product it takes 20 sec to load all of sudden. When i am inside the product and change something everything works well even the save takes less than 1 sec.
Unfortunately i do not have much knowledge to find out why.
Your help and ideas would be much appreciated.
My opencart version is 2.1.0.2
Vqmod : installed
Theme: Journal
Havent changed or installed anything the last 4-5 months. Only adding options in some products. I have cleared every option values from mysql deleting the tables values and did the same so options is not the problem.

Ensure to clear your OC logs, OC cache and your VQMod cache (root and VQCache folder if using VQMod).
